SPORT SKILLS TRAINING

Basketball

We offer basketball skills training for student-athletes from 2nd grade through collegiate and professional athletes. Our weekly training sessions focus on the fundamentals of basketball for our developmental groups, while our advanced groups are geared towards building muscle memory and improving basketball IQ.

Volleyball

We offer two skill levels of group volleyball training, beginner/intermediate and advanced. Our beginner/intermediate level sessions focus on learning the basic techniques of passing, hitting, serving and volleyball terminology. While our advanced level sessions pair high level conditioning and athleticism training with volleyball skills, to build confidence and consistency in our student-athletes.

Football

Our football program consists of off-season power lifting, speed and agility training and position specific training. We utilize both the gym and the field to build the whole football player from an athletic perspective to the technique that separates good players from great players.

Track & Field

Our Track & Field program features both sprint training and technique and throwing technique. Athletes who are new to track & field and athletes who compete at a high level will gain knowledge and confidence in their ability to perform after training with Next Level Training Academy.
