Coach Teddy Hudson, CPT, CSAC, CSCS
CEO/ Basketball Skills Trainer/ Vertimax Certified
Coach Teddy is a former collegiate basketball player with 17 years of basketball playing experience on all levels. He played at Emmanuel College, of NCAA Division II, where he led the Lions to both their first conference championship and national championship as a 3X All American guard. He was known as a scorer on all levels and is second all-time in scoring in Emmanuel College’s history which dates back to 1919. In addition to playing experience, Coach Teddy brings a wealth of basketball knowledge with over 10 years of coaching and refereeing at the middle and high school levels. Coach Teddy is an Army veteran and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a National Sports Performance Association (NSPA) Speed and Agility Specialist, International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Vertimax trainer.
Coach Teddy’s training style centers around mastering the fundamentals and making the game easy by playing smart and efficient. As a former Mental Resilience Trainer in the Army, he helps athletes break through mental barriers to push themselves to new heights.
Coach Cass Hudson
Director of Volleyball Skills Training
Coach Cass is a former collegiate volleyball standout who played for the Stormy Petrels of Oglethorpe University. Not only does Coach Cass bring playing experience, but she also brings over 15 years of coaching experience at the club and high school levels.
Coach Cass’s training philosophy is hard work and attention to detail are the building blocks of success. She focuses on the fundamentals and conditioning in her sessions because she believes if the fundamentals are your baseline, you will always resort to them when adversity comes.
Coach Koi Lebrane
DIRECTOR OF TRACK AND FIELD SKILLS TRAINING
Coach Koi is a former high school and collegiate track and field athlete with more than 10 years of competing at various levels. Koi attended New Mexico Highlands University, NCAA Division II as an international student-athlete, where she is the record holder for the discus throw, RMAC All-Conference and NCAA National Qualifier. Coach Koi currently serves as a high school track and field coach specializing in throwing events, where she has led several high school throwers to state championships, finals and winning the state championship in shot putt for boys Region II in 2021. Coach Koi’s philosophy is “Get Comfortable with Becoming Uncomfortable”. She believes being an athlete is just as mental as it is physical and will support your child with strengthening both areas. Coach Koi is married to Coach Wallace, and they have 4 children.
Coach Troy Adams
Basketball Skills Trainer
Coach Troy’s passion is assisting young athletes in achieving their dreams in basketball. Coach Troy is a former high school, collegiate and professional basketball player for Andrew and Union Colleges, and professionally in Germany. He was covered in Georgia Peach Who’s Who in High School Basketball during his Junior and Senior years in high school and excelled as a point guard and floor general at the collegiate and pro levels. Coach Troy’s basketball playing, coaching, and training experience extends over 20 years. Coach Troy is now focusing his education on nutrition, strength, and agility through Udemy University. Coach Troy is also an Army Veteran who proudly served 20 years and retired as a 1SGT.
